We act as a representative for professional self-employed entertainers only and are not a party of the contract between the booking client and the respective entertainer. For this reason we cannot accept responsibility for non-fulfillment or breach of any such contract, but every reasonable safeguard is assured.
1) The ADAM n EVE AGENCY acts as a representative for professional self-employed entertainers only and is not a party of the contract between the booking client and the respective entertainer. 2) The ADAM n EVE AGENCY charges a commission fee either in the form of a ‘booking deposit’ via the booking client or to the represented entertainer.
3) The ADAM n EVE AGENCY will refund any deposit within one working day if the entertainer fails to turn up.
Cancellations by booker..if a booker cancells more than a week before they will loose their deposit. 50% is payable if cancelled within the week before and the full amount is payable on the day if cancelled.
Please note any short notice bookings cancelled , the deposit is not refundable.
